THE LAST FAREWELL

“The Last Farewell” è la traccia n. 5 dell’EP “Even Angels Cry” rilasciato da “La Dark Lady” il 19 Settembre 2022.

THE LAST FAREWELL
Unclear images appear out of nowhere,
getting close slowly to somewhere.
The fog enfolds the immensity,
sucking it into oblivion for the eternity.

The heavens’ calm is shattered by a roar
that to each point of creation soars.

TEARS OF RAIN FALL FROM ON HIGH
FULL OF SPELL, FREEDOM AND MYSTERY.
THEY WASH AWAY THE SADNESS OF COLD AND TIME,
HIDING THE ARCANE AND ENIGMATIC GRIEF OF THE SKY.

A shadow of sorrow eclipses my lost mind,
with stinging thorns it makes me blind.
Emptiness crushes hopes and dreams
so each piece of me bleeds and screams.

A burst of hate binds me with its chains
and it blazes angrily into the veins.

TEARS OF PAIN FALL FROM THE EYES
FULL OF ANGUISH, TORMENT AND AGONY.
THEY DROP AND BREAK THE HEART AS CRYSTALS OF ICE,
SHOWING DESPAIR AND THE LACERATING END’S DESIRE.

There’s no life or death, there’s no form,
only ruins of ire of God’s storm.
A single torn piece of paper will tell.
The story ends. The last song, the last farewell.
